Terms & Conditions

 

1. Booking & Deposits

A booking is only confirmed once the agreed deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and secure the event date and services requested.

 

2. Payments

Full payment must be made prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

 

3. Event Details

Final guest numbers, cocktail selections, and event details must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event to ensure smooth preparation and service.

 

4. Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing adequate space, suitable access, and a safe working environment for the mobile bar setup and operation.

 

5. Licensing & Alcohol Service

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated, underage, or behaves in an inappropriate or unsafe manner. All alcohol licensing laws and regulations must be followed throughout the event.

 

6. Damages & Liability

Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused to bar equipment, glassware, or setup during the event by guests or third parties.

 

7. Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges depending on preparation and stock purchased.

 

8. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

9. Acceptance

By confirming a booking with us, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
